Abby has over 20 years of research experience. While at NORC, Abby has contributed quantitative analysis on evaluations of several state and federal programs. Her skills and expertise include multivariate regression analysis, work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims data, SAS statistical analysis and programming, econometric modelling and real estate forecasting.

Abby has led a project for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Planning and Evaluation which studied the methodological and data challenges for estimating the clinical and economic burdens of Antimicrobial Resistance in the U.S. She has also led the Medicaid portion of the Vermont All-Payer Model evaluation.

Prior to joining NORC, Abby’s work was concentrated in commercial real estate research where she provided thoughtful, data-driven analyses of real estate trends.
