Rockwell Scott serves as a senior vice president of Information Technology. As Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), he leads NORC’s overarching technology strategy and operations in alignment with our business objectives and research goals. He also guides technology-related organizational change management and the adoption of new digital tools to help shape NORC’s technical landscape.

Rockwell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading information technology and security initiatives across various industries. His career is marked by significant leadership roles, each underscoring his impact on organizational efficiency and security. In addition to his most recent role, in which he advised CIO, CTO, and CISO clients at global research firm Forrester, Rockwell has held C-level roles at Delek US Holdings, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, and BrightPoint. 

Rockwell holds a master's degree and advanced certificates in Information Security Management from Villanova University and is pursuing an MBA in International Business from the Heriot-Watt University-Edinburgh Business School.
