NORC’s Ed Mulrow Elected Section Chair for the American Statistical Association’s Section on Statistical Graphics
NORC at the University of Chicago is honored to announce that Ed Mulrow, senior vice president and director of the Statistics and Data Science department, was elected section chair elect for 2021 by the American Statistical Association’s Section on Statistical Graphics. The section chair serves as chair of the Executive Committee, which is comprised of all the officers of the section, along with the section chair of the Section on Statistical Computing. Mulrow will be the chair in 2022 and past chair in 2023. The Section on Statistical Graphics aims to foster understanding and proper use of statistical graphics in science, communication, and among the general public.
