NORC’s Michael Levy Wins Fellow Award from the National Contract Management Association

CHICAGO, July 25, 2022  NORC at the University of Chicago is pleased to announce that Michael Levy has been designated a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). The Fellow Award, the second-highest award given by the association, recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of government contracting and NCMA.

Michael is Counsel and Director, Contracts & Grants, at NORC—he supports NORC’s contracts, grants, and legal matters across the organization. He has extensive experience in commercial and government contracting matters, including working with and training numerous U.S. government agencies on cyber security contractual requirements, high-risk contracting situations, and regulatory compliance best practices.
