Quentin Brummet Elected American Statistical Association’s Publications Officer

NORC at the University of Chicago is honored to announce that Quentin Brummet, senior research methodologist in the Methodology and Quantitative Social Sciences department, has been elected publications officer for the American Statistical Association’s Social Statistics Section for 2021-2022. In this role, Brummet will prepare news and updates for section members, helping to expand the reach of important data and techniques in the field of social statistics. The Social Statistics Section seeks to advance research in social statistics, both in areas that involve the use of methods of statistical inquiry and in those that involve the use of statistical data and the development of statistical measurement.
