Cara is a director of Facilities & Workplace Services. She is responsible for overseeing general facility management, construction and major move management, as well as emergency response and safety efforts for NORC’s national real estate portfolio. Over her career, she has managed workplace operations for over 1 million square feet of space including over 30 capital construction projects. Cara has a passion for a customer-first approach to create and sustain an environment that delivers the best employee workplace experience and a commitment to foster collaborative, cross-functional, positive relationships.

Cara is an active member of the Chicago Chapter of the International Facilities Management Association and has been a board member since 2021 as the Chair for Career Services.
