Hope is a Certified Facility Manager with nearly 30 years of experience in Facilities, Real Estate, Operations, and Emergency Management.

Hope is vice president of Facilities & Workplace Services. Hope is responsible for leading NORC’s Facilities & Workplace Services team and managing NORC’s national real estate portfolio across nine offices encompassing 250,000 SF. She has almost 30 years of facilities, real estate, operations, and emergency management experience.

Hope also has extensive construction and project management expertise overseeing major build-outs and office relocations, with wide-ranging national real estate experience from site selection to lease negotiations to occupancy.

Hope is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), the most respected global credential in facility management, and a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
