Jason Rajan

Jason builds tools and processes that enhance quality and efficiency in data collection efforts.

Jason is a senior data scientist in the Telephone Surveys & Support Operations (TSSO) department at NORC. He oversees data and analytics operations for the department, helping management make informed, data-driven decisions related to roughly 800 employees within NORC’s three call centers. Jason also uses his more than 20 years of experience at NORC to help improve quality, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation across the diverse range of survey data collection projects and support operations at NORC.  

Jason supports the range of work within TSSO with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation support. As an example of his work, Jason has played a central role in the application of speech analytics to improve quality on large data collection efforts with recorded interviews.
