Jason is the senior director of the Advanced Data Solutions (ADS) Center, where he drives the Center’s vision, operations, and resource levels. He translates strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, annual operations planning, and financial and delivery excellence. Jason also supports client management on select projects as program director. 

Jason’s strong understanding and application of strategy, operations, research, and financial management are key assets to the ADS Center, which has seen transformative growth over the past decade.

During his decorated 22-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Jason held leadership positions in health care administration and academia. He served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of several military medical clinics and as the Air Force’s top consultant for health plans and practice management. Before retiring with the rank of colonel, Jason also led an MBA program and authored 23 peer-reviewed journal publications with over 800 citations. He was recognized as a national health care leader of the year on three separate occasions.
