As Director of Enterprise Risk Management, John works collaboratively with NORC’s departments to create a risk-aware culture and develop the methods, tools, and applications for a customized risk management program. He has an established track record of creating and implementing risk and resiliency frameworks and leverages intelligent risk management processes to enable successful business strategy execution.

Before joining NORC, John worked for Fortune 500 companies including Coca Cola, Thomson Reuters, and H.J. Heinz, and served as a consultant for several international consulting firms where he led risk management projects in major public health agencies. He also has extensive experience leading business continuity, crisis management, and worker safety programs.
