Kashmira Pradhan serves as a senior vice president of Information Technology. In her role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Data and Intelligence Systems, Kashmira supports our data and artificial intelligence strategies, with an emphasis on enterprise solutions and product optimization. 

Kashmira's career started at NASA and is marked by a series of significant leadership roles in which she has driven technology integration, data management, and innovation. As the vice president of technology and innovation, CIO, CTO, and CISO at Providence Mutual, Kashmira oversaw the planning, organization, and execution of all technology functions. Before joining Providence Mutual, Kashmira held several influential positions at Allstate Insurance Company. As director of data and intelligent systems, she managed a global team and a substantial budget to execute the company's enterprise data strategy.  

Kashmira holds a BE in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai. She is certified in several professional areas, including the MIT Sloan Management Artificial Intelligence program and IBM ClearCase. Kashmira is also an ITIL Expert and PMP and is pursuing an MS in Information Systems from American University.
