Kim serves as the director of operations for the Advanced Data Solutions Center. She also provides guidance and direction for the Data Enclave helpdesk team to offer high quality customer service to Data Enclave users. Additionally, she works to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's performance, such as developing and refining standard operating procedures and training team members.

In managing the Data Enclave platform, Kim collaborates with the ADS leadership team and stakeholders to identify new use cases for the platform and develop strategies to expand its capabilities. Additionally, Kim supports ADS leaders Jeffrey Leintz and William Olesiuk to execute on the strategic plans and business development opportunities for the ADS Center.

Before joining NORC, Kim was an IT consultant delivering for clients across multiple industries including the government sector.
