Krishna has over 20 years of experience leading complex technology projects and implementing strategic initiatives.

Krishna serves as a senior project manager in the IT department at NORC. In her role, she oversees the implementation of complex technology projects and strategic initiatives. Krishna coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages project timelines and budgets, and ensuring meticulous execution throughout the project lifecycle. Her extensive experience in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of technology and change management principles, enables her to navigate challenges effectively and deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Krishna has managed the technology aspects of several large projects at NORC including the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s (AHRQ) Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP), the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Support Services contract, and the Delaware COVID Contact Tracing project. She is currently the technology program manager for NCI’s All of Us Participant and Partner Services Center (PPSC).  Krishna’s leadership, communication skills, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements are key assets in delivering results and value to clients.

Before joining NORC, Krishna held project management and technology leadership roles across various industries.
