As vice president of NORC People, Lois leads the department, overseeing HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and organizational development.

Since joining NORC in 2015, she has served as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing internal HR consulting and coaching to ensure fair and consistent application of employment law and company policies. Lois played a key role in launching and supporting the HR functions at NORC’s Wichita and Albuquerque call centers, and managing human resources for field survey operations, before moving into her previous role leading the Employee Relations & Compliance team.

Prior to NORC, Lois spent over 20 years in human resources at a technology consulting firm, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, with her last position as benefits manager. Her deep experience and people-first approach continue to strengthen NORC’s workplace culture and operational excellence.
