Mu-Hsien is responsible for leading the creative standards of NORC’s brand ecosystem.

Her user-centered approach ensures the organization's brand expressions and insights are positioned to effectively inform the critical decisions facing society today. She has more than 20 years of experience in experience design and consulting across a diverse range of industries. Excelling at translating complex concepts and information into digestible experiences, her expertise spans from B2B/B2C digital commerce, airline to financial banking systems, to product UI of medical diagnostic, investment trading, and educational readers.
