Tarcia Johnson, MHA, LSSB, PMP is a senior research director at NORC with over 11 years of distinguished experience in healthcare research, policy analysis, and project management. Her expertise spans critical areas including healthcare policy evaluation, equity and diversity, and complex research initiatives across multiple health care domains.

As a versatile professional, Tarcia has led numerous high-impact projects that demonstrate her strategic approach to health care research and policy analysis. Her recent work includes serving as project manager for the comprehensive evaluation of the ACO Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) Model, where she provides critical budget oversight and risk management.
