Senior Research Director

Jessica is a certified project management professional with 15 years of experience directing large-scale projects for federal, state, nonprofit, and private clients.

As a senior research director in the Education and Child Development (ECD) department, Jessica leverages her extensive project management knowledge and experience to enhance the performance of project teams and improve the quality of deliverables. To date, she has led business development efforts that generated $3.3M in revenue. She has also played a key role in establishing standardized project management practices within ECD and across NORC and led five large multi-year evaluations.  

Jessica is the project director for an evaluation of the National Science Foundation’s Louis Stokes Alliance Minority Participation (LSAMP) program. This three-year project is evaluating whether LSAMP components are meeting program goals. It includes the administration of surveys, interviews with teachers, and student focus groups. Jessica is also leading a four-year project funded by the Institute of Education Sciences at the Department of Education to assess the impact of a supplemental action civics curriculum on student outcomes.
