Molly Rossow

Molly builds databases that facilitate reproduceable research.

Molly leads design and implementation of extract, transform, load (ETL) pipelines with a focus on administrative data. She is particularly interested in quality improvement and process development. Molly also contributes to analytical work including trajectory analysis and record linkage.

Molly is the component lead for the data quality framework on the All of Us Research Program. She is leading work on a data quality framework and a software implementation of that framework that will be used to evaluate data as it is collected, identify problems, and rank their severity. 

Before joining NORC, Molly worked at Chapin Hall where she managed databases and ETL pipelines for data from state, federal, and local datasets including Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) data and public school data sets.
