Timothy is a senior data scientist with more than 15 years of research and development experience in academic, governmental, biotech, and pharmaceutical environments. He has valuable experience as a lead programmer, solid knowledge of scientific and medical terminology, and has strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Timothy currently oversees Quality Assurance/Quality Control on the ACO Reaching Equity, Access, and Community Health (REACH) model evaluation. He contributes to database production and quality assessment for the Florida All Payer Claims Database (APCD) and the Health Care Cost Institute 2.0 Claims Database (HCCI 2.0). He is the technical lead for data processing on the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP).

Timothy has 20+ years of scientific research experience in molecular biology. He has four years experience in clinical programming and has two publications in that field. He has eight years experience in health care analytics.
