Collecting information in person, in depth, inclusively.

When researchers need data on sensitive, complex topics or want to reach often-excluded populations, they turn to NORC’s Field Operations. We maintain hundreds of experts stationed throughout the country who are adept at conducting interviews with individuals in their own settings. Field interviewers, who are highly skilled in face-to-face interviewing, are especially valuable when surveys are long or involve sensitive data.

To enrich our findings, our interviewers can assess participants by education level and health status, too. This personalized outreach greatly boosts survey response rates, ensuring that our research is truly representative of society.
